My last week activities

From February 4 to March 10, 2007 in my workplace run an International training course namely The Fifth International Training Course on Advanced Veterinary Drug Quality Control. This event is jointly organized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Ten people came from several countries in Asia, Pacific and Africa participating in the course. They are: Mr. Kafiluddin Bhuyan (Bangladesh), Mr. Hari Sakti Pancasunu (Indonesia), Mr. Biarmann Marcellin (Madagascar), Mr. Ratovonahary Mamisoa Hasimbola (Madagascar), Miss Elizabeth Homateni Kamberuka (Namibia), Mr. Siegfried Khaiseb (Namibia), Ms Jane E. Pancho (Philippines), Mr. Samson Viulu (Solomon Island), Mr. Tran Dinh Lang (Vietnam) and Mr. Nguyen Tan Huy (Vietnam).

The purpose of the Course is to provide the participants an opportunity to improve their knowledge and techniques in the field of Veterinary Drug Quality Control. The course will also provide an opportunity for the participants to exchange ideas, information and experience among themselves.

The course consists of lectures, laboratory practices also field observation focusing mainly on some aspect of advance laboratory technique concerning quality control of veterinary drugs.
Last week from 12 to 16 February they activities were in our section. Actually we did not teach them. As our coordinator said in his welcome speech “we are not to intend to teach you all but let we share our experience and knowledge.”

During those days we have done many laboratory activities not only in the laboratory but also in experimental animal house. Moreover, we discussed everything not only related to the laboratory technical but also in any aspect of life.

Here I put some photos related.
