Jayawijaya Mountains


The Jayawijaya mountains, is the eastern mountain range of the Maoke mountains in the central highlands region of Papua, the Indonesian part (Irian Jaya) of New Guinea, It extends for 370 km east of the Sudirman range to the star mountains. Its highest point is Trikora peak at 4,750 meters.

I've been to Jakarta several times with my family and we've visited Bandung and Bogor's Taman Safari. Indonesia is a very nice place and enjoyed shopping so much in Mangga Dua and Sogo. I have a relative who is an expat staying in Jakarta. You're site is very informative.
