I think every body knows what Garlic is and everybody enjoy the food with garlic, as garlic has been used for culinary for centuries. Not only for culinary but garlic also has been used for medicinal purposes by many cultures for centuries. Garlic is a particularly rich source of organosulfur compounds, which are thought to be responsible for its flavor and aroma, as well as its potential health benefits. Scientists are interested in the potential for organosulfur compounds derived from garlic to prevent and treat chronic diseases, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.
